Green v. SAU 55 has moment in court

This morning around 9:30 am,  Jeanne Kincaid, Esq.and I debated before Judge David Anderson.  Ms. Kincaid was representing SAU 55, the Timberlane School District,  Earl Metzler and Nancy Steenson.  I was representing myself.

Present before the judge were:

SAU 55, et al filed a Motion to Dismiss on March 4th.  Motion To Dismiss

On March 5th,  I filed an objection.  Objection to Motion to Dismiss v.2

The judge has 60 days to render a written decision.

    Thanks for trying to save our district money. Today our administration was in court, I’d rather have them at The SAU… oh – and they needed a lawyer.

      Really? If the SAU just released the records asked they wouldn’t have been in court paying a lawyer with our money. What are they hiding? I personally would like to see the budget for the up coming school year. Not sure why that is a problem?

    • There was no need for anyone to be in court.

      • Everybody gets a day out of work at the tax payers expense. There’s a good reason they’re fighting this, transparency means they might have to cut staffing. And heaven forbid we wouldn’t want to spoil anyone’s good time.

    People can go to court to support who they wish.

    When should we expect you to post the court decisions against you? I assume you’ll link to a document or pdf…
